BELONGING
Galatians 3: 28 There is no longer Jew or Greek; there is no longer slave or free; there is no longer male and female, for all of you are one in Christ Jesus.
We are a safe community of unconditional acceptance, inclusion, support and connection.
GRACIOUS
Hebrews 13: 2 Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by doing that some have entertained angels without know it.
We are a deeply compassionate and generous community, providing respite for a world in need.
TRANSFORMATIONAL
Romans 12: 2 Do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of the mind, so that you may discern what is the will of God - what is good and acceptable and perfect.
We are an evolving community whose hearts and minds are renewed and guided by the Spirit of God.
DISCIPLESHIP
Acts 2: 42-45 They devoted themselves to the apostle's teaching and fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. Awe came upon everyone because many wonders and signs were being done through the apostles. All who believed were together and had all things in common; they would sell their possessions and goods and distribute the proceeds to all, as any had need.
We are a faith-filled community following Christ as we are gathered, fed and sent by the Spirit to share God's love in the world.
MISSIONAL
Isaiah 61: 1-2a The spirit of the Lord God is upon me because the Lord has anointed me; he has sent me to bring good news to the oppressed, to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and release to the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor.
We are a community sent out to bring wholeness to a broken world.
